Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Onelymart, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at shrisai2020ent@gmail.com or +91 9309259868. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after product pickup and quality check.

Please note that products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Items that are used, altered, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
